What apps come standard on the phone?
Every phone ships with our standard set: Phone, Google Contacts, Google Messages (RCS), Camera, Gallery, Calculator, Clock & Alarm, Voice recorder, Voice to text, File manager, Quick Share, T9 keyboard, Android Auto, Google Maps, Waze, Weather, Google Calendar, Gmail, Uber, ColorNote, Musicolet, Hebdate, Zmanim, Siddur, SMS Backup, PDF reader and App Updater. You can remove any of them and add more when you order.
Can I get apps that aren't on the list?
Yes — the product page has an app search where you can find and add almost any app by name, with its real icon so you know exactly what you're getting. If something doesn't come up, write it in the "Anything else?" box and we'll let you know if it can be included.
Can I add apps to the phone myself after I receive it?
No — that's the whole point. Once locked, the phone cannot have new apps installed by the user. If you need an app added after your purchase, we can do it for you — there's a minimum charge of $30.
Can I remove any of the standard apps?
Yes. Tap any standard app off when you order and we'll leave it off, or you can uninstall it yourself later. Just know that once the phone is locked, a removed app can't be reinstalled on your own.
What's the difference between the Qin F21 Pro and the TiQ Mini M5?
They're the same size, and both work on all major carriers. The Qin F21 Pro runs Android 11 and comes in 32GB or 64GB. The TiQ Mini M5 runs Android 13, has the best network connection of the two, a dual SIM slot, volume buttons, and a selfie camera on top.
Because the Qin runs an older Android, a few apps aren't supported on it — Chase, Amex, KeyBank and Hyundai BlueLink. If you need one of those, choose the M5.
Can anything else be limited or blocked?
Yes — when you order you can ask us to block Google Chat (inside Gmail), photos in Google Maps, or Gemini in Messages. Anything else you'd like tightened, put it in the "Anything else?" box and we'll tell you what's possible.
Which carriers do the phones work with?
All three major US carriers — Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T — plus their sub-carriers, like US Mobile. The phones come fully unlocked.
Both models support 4G LTE bands 2, 4, 12, 13, 17, 66 and 71, which covers all three networks — including Verizon's band 13 and T-Mobile's extended-range band 71.
How much is shipping?
Flat $5 anywhere in the US. Local pickup is free — choose it at checkout and we'll text you when your phone is ready.
How can I pay?
Credit/debit card and PayPal directly on the site. Zelle and cash are also accepted — choose them at checkout and follow the instructions. Zelle and cash orders are processed once payment is received.
What if something goes wrong with the phone?
We stand behind the software on every phone we build — the setup, the apps and the locking. If something in the software isn't right, call or text 845-293-3978 and we'll sort it out. Damage that isn't related to the software isn't covered.
